We have been operating in the short term rental industry for over six years. Since the beginning of this year after a major expansion we combined all our efforts under one company and founded UandB Management ltd. (www.uandbmanagement.com).

We are running 11 apartments at the moment and solely focusing on the high quality segment and having services that matches the quality of the apartments.

We provide personalized, comprehensive support to each of our guests making sure they not only come to a truly excellent apartment but essentially treat them as they would be our own personal guests.

We also have our own transfer service, provide concierge service and welcome everyone personally and ready to assist with any need or question they might have 24/7. We are among the few companies Worldwide that has a Superhost status on AirBnb, maintaining close to 90% five stars overall rating.
