For a full refund of the pre-payment (except for banking fees), cancellation must be made ten full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than ten days in advance, the pre-payment is kept as a compensation since it is more difficult to get another booking under less time.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 40% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded. That is if for example the guest had a reservation for Monday to Friday and decides to leave on Wednesday, we are refunding 40% of the accommodation fee for Friday.
