The space
Rent this cozy and stylish apartment in the heart of Budapest in the famous Jewish Quarter, steps from the Grand Synagogue of Budapest, Europe's grandest. The area is also home to the World famous ruin bars!
You have the best entertainment and dining options at your doorstep and most tourist attractions within a short walking distance. The area also has the best public transport connections, including all three metro lines.
The apartment is in a building true to the area's traditions with Biblical motives and menorahs on its rail around the corridors and probably the most beautiful gate in the neighborhood. The condo looks at an inner courtyard, so a good night's sleep is ensured despite the very central and lively area.

This newly renovated apartment was made to high standards and with attention to detail. It's also fully equipped, so you will have anything you might need for an excellent Budapest stay.
When Entering the apartment, you find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you will have everything to create and serve, even a sumptuous dinner. Opening from this area, you will find the full bathroom that is equipped with a bathtub that also has a shower attached.
Next to the dining area, you find the separate bedroom with a super comfortable queen-sized bed, two very comfy armchairs, and a sofa if you want to curl away with a book or magazine at the end of a long day exploring my beautiful hometown. There is also a flat-screen TV in this room if you want a movie night...

Additional notes
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on-site 24/7.
Guest interaction
We have services that match the quality of the apartment. We are here to help answer all your questions before and during the reservation. After the reservation, we provide you with our very own guide to the apartment, city, and a map so you can get the most out of the town.
Our concierge service is ready to assist you throughout your stay. With emergencies, you can also reach our 24/7 support line and email.
We also have our transfer service for a fairly reasonable price that makes traveling in the city and check-in as smooth as possible.
Neighborhood overview
The area is probably the most interesting one in Budapest. It is the Old Jewish Quarter and is home to many Synagogues, including the World famous Dohany Street Synagogue, Europe's grandest or the Kazinczy Orthodox Shul, or the currently not operating but magnificent Rumbach Street Synagogue. You also find many establishments related to traditional Jewish life: kosher restaurants, butchers, grocery stores, and the traditional Jewish bath, the mikveh. If you want to explore this rich heritage, we offer excellent walking tours for our guests.
At the same time, the area is also the hippest neighborhood in Budapest with the well-known Ruin Bars, such as Szimpla Kert (voted the 2nd best bar in the World by Lonely Planet), and also many hot spots such as the Instant and the Fogashaz or the famous Gozsdu Courtyard.
It's not rare to see Orthodox Jews in traditional garments hustling to the Synagogue, mingling on the street with Brit bachelor party guys looking for the next ruined bar.

Further exploring the area, you can find many of the best restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores Budapest offers.

You are also in the perfect spot to explore all the tourist attractions of Budapest, including the following (but this list is very far from being complete):

Dohany Street Grand Synagogue - 1-minute walk
Rumbach Street Status Quo Synagogue - 2 minutes walk
Karoly (Charles) Avenue - 2 minutes walk
Kazinczy Street Orthodox Synagogue - 3 minutes walk
Erzsebet/Elisabeth and Deak square - 3 minutes walk

Deak Square Evangelical Church - 3 minutes walk
National Museum - 8 minutes walk

Nagymezo street - 5 minutes walk
