Neighborhood overviewThe apartment is located in a central, but unique neighbourhood the Palace District. Named after grand early 20th century buildings that are located in the area, such as in nearby Brody Sandor street or Pollack Mihaly square. It's a laidback area but within walking distance to most major sights and also adjacent to the Old Jewish Districts that are not only known for Europe's largest synagogue, but currently, it is also the hippest neighbourhood with the famous ruin bars, but also a lot of great restaurants, clubs and regular bars. The Palace District itself has plenty of unique restaurants and Mikszath square is home to a lot of bohemian cafes and bars. So you can either lay back at home and in the immediate area or throw yourself in the thick of things -the decision is yours.
