Neighborhood overviewAn excellent location on the more residential Buda side of the city, yet having effortless access to all sights of Budapest. It is at the foot of Budapest's perhaps most significant monument, Buda Castle Hill. While monuments on the Pest side can be reached easily and quickly using public transportation. Thus you are having the best of both Worlds of being outside the usual tourist hubbub yet having comfortable access to all sights. The area is also home to pleasant cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, including the large Mammut mall, being a 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Getting aroundYou are steps from a stop for trams 4 and 6 that go across central Budapest 24/7 with frequent intervals. A stop for Metro line 2 is also 3 minutes away and can almost literally fly you into the center of Budapest in less than 10 minutes.
If you are keen to venture into the hilly and green side of Budapest then several buses and trams can be at your disposal to venture further inside the Buda side of Budapest.
