We wanted to implement a unique concept. Creating a huge apartment with quality, comfort, and style in mind.
The apartment can only be rented as one, but it can be divided into four almost fully separate units, so even members of large groups can have their own spaces.

The first unit has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a foldable couch.
The second unit has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a foldable couch, making a comfy double bed unfolded.
The third unit has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a foldable couch, making a comfy double bed unfolded.
The fourth unit has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with 6 separate single beds.
There are 5,5 separate bathrooms in the apartment—some en suite and some accessible from the common hall.
There are also two large kitchens and a dining area.
Two balconies are also attached; one is from a kitchen, while the other is from one of the bedrooms.

Neighborhood overview
The apartment is located in a central but unique neighborhood, Palace District, named after grand early 20th century buildings in the area, such as in nearby Brody Sandor Street or Pollack Mihaly Square. It's a laidback area but within walking distance to most major sights and also adjacent to the Old Jewish Districts that are not only known for Europe's largest synagogue, but currently, it is also the hippest neighborhood with the famous ruin bars but also a lot of great restaurants, clubs, and regular bars. The Palace District has plenty of unique restaurants, and Mikszath Square is home to many bohemian cafes and bars. So you can either relax in the immediate area or throw yourself in the thick of things -the decision is yours.
