Neighborhood overviewQuite simply, the location is the best in Budapest, the absolute center, just a short walk from the river Danube, the Parliament, or the famous Szabadsag (Freedom) square. Given its history, it has the highest concentration of sights in Budapest, and the scenery and the architecture are just amazing. Most buildings are over 100 years old yet kept in excellent condition. The area is also home to the best in dining and entertainment that Budapest has to offer.

Getting aroundThere are excellent public transport options, and it also a short walk from the apartment building.
Metro line 2 has a stop on Kossuth Lajos Square at the Parliament.
Tram line 2 that goes along the bank of the Danube also has a stop on Kossuth Lajos square, just like bus line 15/115 that goes around in the very center of Budapest.
Metro line 3 also has a stop within a short walk from the apartment, just like several other buses, tram, and trolley bus lines.
